Rates are dependent on the work involved and can be set at an hourly rate or an overall project fee.

Hourly Rate

A standard hourly rate, with a minimum of one hour per assignment, billed in increments of 15 minutes, with time rounded up to the nearest quarter of an hour.

Project Basis

For completed projects which may run over a longer time period, a fixed cost and timescale can be agreed.

Retainer Basis

For clients who need regular dedicated support. Payment for each month is made in advance and any unused hours will be credited to the following month. Additional hours worked will be charged at the standard hourly rate.

Any additional expenses and materials, such as telephone charges, stationery, post, etc will be charged separately at cost price.
